Clear your active warrants.

The following charges will be considered:
1. Low-Level Non-Violent Misdemeanors and Traffic Offenses
2. Probation Violation warrants not listed below
3. Class 5 and 6 Non-Violent Felonies

These charges will NOT be eligible:
No Victims' Rights Amendment Cases or Domestic Violence
No Possession of a Weapon by a Previous Offender
No Sex Offenses
No Class 1, 2, 3, or 4 Felonies
No Out of County Warrants
