You must bring all required documents with you to your appointment.

VIN inspections are by appointment only, available Tuesday through Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Important VIN Inspection Requirements

  • No trailers, commercial vehicles, or recreational vehicles are accepted at this time. Only passenger cars and trucks are allowed.
  • The vehicle must arrive under its own power.
  • VIN appointments may be booked up to 8 weeks in advance.
  • Bring all ownership documents, including the title, bill of sale, power of attorney (if applicable), and a valid driver’s license.
  • Rebuilt from Salvage:
    1. Complete form DR2424 before your appointment.
    2. List all parts and repairs.
    3. Bring receipts for all major components. Vehicles without receipts will not pass inspection.
    4. Ensure the “Rebuilt from Salvage” stamp is already applied to the vehicle.
  • Bond for Title: Complete form DR2394 prior to your appointment, explaining the title situation.
