Please Provide ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS
All documents listed below are required

Completed but unsigned application.

Original training certificate. No on-line courses are accepted.

Current Colorado State issued driver’s license or Identification Card*

Any additional court documents to reflect name changes, etc.

DD214 or proof of military service for a discount.

Application fee (See below for fees)
*If your current address is not reflected on your Colorado Drivers License or ID, documentation such as a utility bill or car registration is required to prove your residency in the county.
ONLINE SCHEDULER
New applicants are by appointment only.
FEES
New Permits are $152.50.
*Military Discount: $50 off new permit total fee.
Each applicant must pay individually. We accept cash, checks, money orders, and credit cards (additional processing fee). Please make checks and money orders payable to the Adams County Sheriff's Office or ACSO.
